OC Partnership 2025 MVPs
Orange County Partnership Honors Alan Seidman and Maureen Halahan
It was a night to remember as Alan Seidman and Maureen Halahan were honored as the 2025 Most Valuable Partners by the Orange County Partnership on June 3. The event at The Barn at the Villa Venezia in Middletown was attended by over 500 friends, family, business colleagues, and elected officials who were on hand to celebrate both Alan and Maureen and their decades-long commitment to advancing economic development in Orange County and the Hudson Valley.
Alan, executive director of Construction Contractors Association of the Hudson Valley (CCA), is the longest-serving board member of the partnership and has played a pivotal role in his 29-year tenure to attract major development projects that use local labor and provide huge economic benefits to our region. Alan, who is retiring from CCA at the end of the year, continues to be the “go-to” resource in all matters of economic and workforce development in the Hudson Valley.
Maureen, who retired on June 3 after 24 years at the helm of the Partnership, has had unparalleled success in attracting, retaining and expanding businesses that have made Orange County the envy of New York State. Her laser-focus, contagious energy and street smarts have driven her Partnership team to achieve economic development goals that have fueled our local economy.
