Four candidates seek seats on CCA Board of Directors

Kurt Kaehler
Vice President

Kurt Kaehler has over 22 years of Electrical Construction experience in the Hudson Valley with 17 of those years conducting Business of Electrical Contracting for Perreca Electric.

Kurt specializes in a broad range of high end general and specialty electrical contracting, design build, telecommunications, fire alarm and security systems along with utilities, renewable energy and Powerhouse Construction. 

Joseph Jerkowski, P.E.
Chief Operations Officer
Armistead Mechanical

Joe holds a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and has 35 years of experience in design and construction management in plumbing, HVAC and process piping. 

As a professional engineer, he is adept at managing projects from design to completion in the heavy industrial, pharmaceutical, hospital, water treatment and technology fields. Joseph joined Armistead in 1994, and he is a graduate of the MCAA Advanced Leadership Institute. He holds master plumbing and HVAC licenses in Rockland and Putnam counties.

Anthony Perrello Jr.

Sullivan Construction Group LLC 

Born and Raised in the Hudson Valley, Anthony prides himself as a home grown-son of the construction industry. As he rose through the ranks to become an owner of a successful concrete company his focus has always been on improving the business practices of his trade and being an advocate for positive meaningful change for improving quality in concrete work.  

Anthony is a principal and founder of Sullivan Construction Group, a specialty union concrete construction company, signatory with several trade unions in northeastern New York and New Jersey. SCG works for general contractors and construction managers, locals and nationals and has participated in successful projects such as Frito Lay, PepsiCo, Amazon, Pharmacann, Presidential Container and several NYSDOT bridge projects, hospitals and schools.

Mark Stier P.E., P.G
Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President
Tectonic

Mark has 36 years experience working throughout the Hudson Valley and the New York City areas focusing on projects involving the investigation, design, construction, instrumentation, and project management for a variety of commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings; bridges and highways; utilities and major infrastructure projects; new and remediated dams, and complex retaining structures. 

He provides a leadership, operational, and technical role for all Tectonic employees and is responsible for review and performance of the engineering and construction related services. Mark also owns and operates and is the seventh generation involved with Vosburgh Orchards, his family apple farm in the Hudson Valley. Mark also owns/operates Vosburgh Brewing at the farm and is a partner in Sloop Brewing.

Mark has been with Tectonic for 26 years and holds a bachelors of science in civil engineering from Clarkson University, Potsdam. His licenses include Professional Engineer (NY, CT and CA) and Professional Geologist.
