Clean Air Quality Service, Inc. is a unique force within the HVACR construction and service industry, serving the Tri-State area (NY, NJ & CT). Our company has been incorporated since 1993 and primarily specializes in large commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. The majority of the HVACR work is performed by in-house staffing, items such as pipefitting, sheet-metal work, technical services, system engineering, building automation, mechanical drafting, and much more.

CAQS offers services ranging from 3D scanning of an existing building to pinpoint issues, to complete project management for complex system design and installation, to 24-hour customer service and support.
