Sullivan Construction Group, LLC –  known as SCG by many – is a full-service commercial concrete contractor. Our team of the most talented tradesmen and managers has well over 100 combined years’ experience in the industry. We utilize this experience, our specialized equipment, technology, and the training we provide our team to all new industry standards, becoming the area’s premier concrete contractor. From humble beginnings we have grown to more than 60 full-time union craftsmen year-round, peaking at well over 100 in the prime weather months and project schedule.

We specialize in cast-in-place projects with complex assemblies, tight schedules and stringent safety requirements, without ever impacting quality.

SCG services are all self-performed by our employees:

• Foundations for buildings or structures of any size.
• Super structures, including bridges, dams, parking garages and reinforced elevated slabs
• Slabs on Ground: Random traffic floors, reinforced decks, slabs on metal decks, “F -Min” superflat floors
• ASRS matt slab, freezer slabs and many other flatwork applications
• Concrete paving: 2D and 3D standard concrete paving, proprietary engineered paving solutions.
• Concrete structure BIM/5D modeling in-house.
