Founder and president Joseph Perez has guided Paramount Building Construction Inc. (PBC) over the last two decades. He brings years of construction expertise and passion for all aspects of the industry. PBC’s operations are personal to Joe and he leads his team with a hands-on responsive approach to a successful completion of every project.

Joe is a devoted husband and father to his wife and two adored children. He enjoys golfing and going to the beach in his free time.

Joe also sits on the board of Project My Day, a non-profit organization that helps local children in foster care.
