As president of the firm Mr. Bloomer presides over office operations and overall management of projects for Profex, Inc. His construction background experience and B.S. Degree in Business Management enables him to coordinate the professional activities of the Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation work of many projects. Mr. Bloomer’s 28 years in the construction industry has been in both the private and public sectors.
