The State University Construction Fund will receive sealed Proposals for Project No. 291026-05 Titled Rehab HVAC – VA Building – Phase 2 at SUNY Purchase College until 2 p.m. Local Time on Jan. 17, 2024 at the Fund’s Office at H. Carl McCall SUNY Building, 353 Broadway, Albany NY, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contractor shall complete all work necessary for substantial completion within 400 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
The Fund’s project specific goals for this project are 12 percent MBE and 8 percent WBE and 6 percent SDV.
A pre-bid conference and project walk through will be held 10 a.m. Dec. 7, 2023 with all contractors assembled at the Visual Arts Building Lobby at 735 Anderson Hill Rd, Purchase, NY.
